This exclusive technology saves energy by activating the light only when the dock is in use and uses the best light source available. Our sensor control means dock safety. Due to our oversized wire guard and sensor controlled automatic shut-off, you no longer need to fear scorched, melted or burnt dock doors and seals from a dock light. Heat build up with our fixture is eliminated by adjusting the sensor timer to a minimum activation time.

Why is quartz halogen the best light source? A properly focused 500 watt quartz halogen light gives the bright white light needed to illuminate the rear of 50 ft. long trailers. It reaches to full power instantly and its high CRI, (Color Rendering Index), means that product identifications are easier to read. This will result in fewer shipping errors due to misread UPC codes.
